Queer Kurdish psychedelic rock from Berlin-Kreuzberg: The music of Adir
Jan, who has now released his debut album "Leyla", is certainly not
commonplace. From a "melting pot of sounds and rhythms from the Middle
East and the Mediterranean, progressive rock, pop, psychedelic and a
Kurdish soul", he speaks of a "cosmopolitan, Kurdish touched music".
Which in turn should be understood as a "statement for a universal love."
