In Valencia on the Mediterranean, they met - Nesrine Belmokh, a French-Algerian singer and cellist, Matthieu Saglio, a French cellist, and David Gadea, a Spanish percussionist. Quickly they made music together and founded the band NES. Their first album, "Ahlam", shows the different experiences of the individual musicians. The album contains soulful as well as graceful songs in English, Arabic and French and mixes pop with jazz, soul and chanson with Arabic music.
