DIANA RASINA: Romance
The music of the Romanian singer #DianaRasina arises from tradition, but at the same time sounds completely timeless. She has already proven this with her arrangements of songs from her homeland. Her new CD is called #Romance. And not only because of the love songs, but also because of the variety of Romance languages in which Rasina sings. In addition to her native Romanian, she also sings in various other Romance languages and dialects. Among other things in French, Spanish, Portuguese even in Romansh, the fourth official language of Switzerland.
Diana Rasina puts her singing at the service of the project and the poetic lyrics without taking herself too seriously. Her accompanists on #accordion and #guitar always have the opportunity to combine tradition with the present through improvised parts.
